A friend recommended just last year that I should take the Catholic Worker because of the common areas of interest--so I did, but for more than the $ .25 annual subscription rate, which wouldn't even pay the postage. It was my introduction to Dorothy Day, who rocks me with her simplicity and clarity of vision and follow-through. Thank you Trent Gilliss for bringing forward this beautiful in-view on her memory of how it began, not as a movement, but as a natural occurrence of people talking--which is something we all might do...and thank you for making the personal connection in a way that we might all respond. Beautiful. Simple. Dorothy-like. Thanks.
