The most appealing thing about Eckhart Tolle is his humility and willingness to share his experience of awakening. It didn't come to him from the heavens as a reward for being a perfect human being. Rather, it arose from his brokenness. That is something we can all relate to on some level. His advice to practice mini-meditations throughout the day is the antidote to the insane pace of our lives, and our manic response to our environment.
