Dr. David Eagleman, (U of Texas) ...see his books,, YouTubes, and TED talks, has done extensive work in the cognitive neuro-science of "free will". A classical Moral Theologian would say that in order for a "moral choice" to be made, ALL the elements contributed to a decision must be present in consciousness at the time of the "decision". It's been PROVEN, decisions are made BEFORE we are even conscious of them.
