This electronic school of Masnavi studies is an activity of the American Institute of Masnavi Studies. It includes translated sections of the Masnavi with explanations of the meanings of Rumi's verses.
Founded in 1999, the Forum's mission is to foster interfaith and intercultural dialogue in the spirit of Rumi's universal message embracing all humanity. The site provides a good library of interviews and events, panoramic photographs, and links to some not-so-easy to find sites.
Maintained by the descendants of Rumi, this site includes an extensive family tree and writings by the late Mevlevi Çelebi (leader) Dr. Celaleddin Çelebi.
Directed by Kabir and Camille Helminski, this non-profit foundation represents the Mevlevi order in North America. Their site offers background on Rumi, the Mevlevi order, and Sufism as well as listings of events and retreats. It also includes articles by Camille Helminski on Mevlevi women and women and Sufism.
